Talos Rules 2019-11-02
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

These rules provide coverage against a use after free vulnerability in Google Chrome’s blink webaudio module. This vulnerability is being actively exploited in the wild, and is referenced as CVE-2019-13720

Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the browser-chrome and server-webapp rule sets to provide coverage for emerging threats from these technologies.
