Rule Explanation

This rule looks for attempts to invoke the Test LDAP functionality of FortiGate and FortiADC applications, which will make the target server send LDAP credentials to an arbitrary server in plaintext. Attackers with readonly access to the device can use this to potentially leak the credentials of other accounts.
